Shipping & Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please, don't remove the attached tag. Your item must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be at least 90% undamaged. Your item/s needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
*Please note that items that were bought during special sales or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping:Shipping in Singapore is free of charge. Your purchase will be prepared for delivery the same day or next business day. Once packed and ready to be sent, you will receive a SingPost tracking code to follow-up delivery progress.
Free of charge delivery of high value items will be arranged by a 4-hour delivery service to ensure security by limiting the transit time. We will contact you to arrange preferred delivery date and time window.
Return Shipping:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
